Certificate of Equipment Condition

The Customer certifies that the equipment described on submission form, which is to be shipped to Chentronics, is accurately described by one of the following two conditions:

  1. At no time did the Equipment contain or was exposed to or was utilized in, employed in or used in processing material which have, are known to have or the Customer had reason to believe to have, flammable, hazardous, toxic, infectious materials.
  2. If the Equipment ever contained or was exposed to or was utilized in, employed in or used in processing material which have, are known to have or the Customer had reason to believe to have, flammable, hazardous, toxic, infectious materials, then the Equipment was cleaned and neutralized before leaving the Customer's, owner's or operator's premises and before being delivered to the premises of Chentronics for work to be performed upon it. Upon any time after delivery of the Equipment to Chentronics premises or other shipment destination designated by Chentronics, we determine that the Equipment is not free of contaminant, Chentronics shall immediately discontinue work on the Equipment and the Equipment shall either be returned to the Customer or decontaminated and neutralized by Chentronics.

All costs of shipment, decontamination and neutralization shall be to the account of Customer.

THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT Chentronics SHALL PERFORM POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS WORK UPON THE EQUIPMENT RELYING ON THE ABOVE STATEMENTS.

Warranty Policy

Thank you for your notice of this incident. Please reference the following numbers on all correspondence:

Chentronics is an ISO Registered Company. As such, we record and report possible warranty claims as Non-Conformance Reports. These reports are used to learn and correct any problems that are within our control. We share with customers what we learned and what corrective actions will be taken to prevent recurrence. This ensures that customers receive the best possible equipment from Chentronics and in turn supports long term relationships.

Please note our warranty policy:

When a warranty claim is made within 12 months (or 18 months from shipment), we will replace the equipment in question and request the faulty equipment be returned for analysis. If the faulty equipment is not returned within 30 days, or it is determined by Chentronics that the warranty claim is not valid, the customer will be invoiced for the equipment (including all shipping costs).

A summary of the evaluattion result, estimated lead time (ARO) and confirmation of fees (inspection and/or Repair fees if applicable) will be provided within 48 hour evaluation. When your Purchase Order is received, we will confirm the lead time and release the product for repair or return.
